AWSA NEWSFLASH – AIC 20.21 WITHDRAWN
The monitors of AWSA received the following communiqué from Aero Club regarding the withdrawal of AIC 20.21 which related to restrictions in the use of Cape Town airspace. (See last week’s newsflash)

“ CAA has kindly withdrawn the AIC 20.21 by issuing the NOTAM Nr A0938/10.
Aeroclub believes this matter will now follow the favorable usual consultation process and we look forward to working with the CAA and relevant Stakeholders to find a workable solution that will be desirable for all parties.
Thank you to all members whom sent in critical comment to ensure that CAA was made aware of the issues around the issuing of this AIC and the related safety risks.
